Delete your account

Lattice is a sudoku game published by Studio Nordgaard (Brattvåggata 54, 6270 Brattvåg, Norway). This page explains how to delete your Lattice account and what happens to the data we hold about you.

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open Lattice and sign in.
2. Tap your avatar to open the Profile screen.
3. Scroll to Delete my account and tap it.
4. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.

Deletion is processed immediately. Your session ends and you are signed out on every device. The action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

2. Delete by email (if you can't access your account)

If you have lost access to your account — for example you forgot your password and can't reset it, or you have already uninstalled the app — email hello@lattice.games from the address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Delete my account".

We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and reply to confirm once it is done.

3. What gets deleted

The following data is permanently removed:

• Your account credentials (email, hashed password) and Supabase Auth record
• Your profile (display name, avatar selection, user ID)
• Your gameplay data — game sessions, completion times, daily streaks, technique mastery
• Your earned achievements and progress toward unearned achievements
• Your tournament entries, scores, and rankings
• Your duel records, ELO rating, queue entries, and rematch history
• Your push-notification tokens
• If you signed in with Apple: your Apple refresh token is revoked with Apple, as required by App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v)

4. What is retained, and why

• Anonymized crash and diagnostic logs (collected by Sentry) are retained for up to 90 days for service-health purposes. These contain a stack trace, device model, OS version, and app version, but no personal information that identifies you.
• Purchase and tax records tied to any paid subscription may be retained where required by Norwegian and EU tax law (typically 5 years). After deletion these records are no longer linked to an identifiable account.

5. Cancel a subscription before deleting

Deleting your Lattice account does not cancel an active Premium+ subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. To cancel:

• iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Lattice → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lattice → Cancel.
