Welcome to Lattice. These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Lattice mobile application ("Lattice", the "App") provided by Studio Nordgaard, Brattvåggata 54, 6270 Brattvåg, Norway ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Lattice, you agree to these Terms.
If you obtained Lattice from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your right to use the App. Where the Apple EULA conflicts with these Terms, the Apple EULA controls for App Store users.
You need an account to play Lattice. You are responsible for your account credentials and for any activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Lattice offers three paid plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions).
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. Request refunds through Apple's report-a-problem page or Google Play. We are unable to process refunds directly.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you submit (display name, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store it solely to operate the App.
Lattice, including its design, logo, puzzles, and code, is the property of Studio Nordgaard protected by Norwegian and international copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal entertainment.
Lattice is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Nordgaard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be resolved by the Norwegian courts, except where mandatory consumer- protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of Lattice after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
